New Focus

When I first created Life Conquering four years ago, I did share my faith.  Throughout the years, I have allowed my spiritual life to mingle off and on with my mental health all this time.  But, that is not how a Christian is called to live.  Life has shown me a huge lesson that I cannot keep those two sections of my life apart.  When I tried to separate them, inevitably one side loses or the other side is inadequate.

I look forward to beginning a new journey with you as we meander through the maze of mental illness on Life Conquering Bipolar Blog.  We will have the frequent talks about Jesus working in and through our mental health, demonstrating His love, joy, peace, patience kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and, self-control in our own mentally mixed-up lives via the Holy Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23).

Prayer Requests

Bipolar Blog

While the focus of this bipolar blog is on our faith seeing us through the roller coaster rides of our moods, we will also talk specifically on bipolar.  As you may recall from my diagnosis in 2014, it included a laundry list of other mental illnesses.  Topics such as ADHD and mixed episodes will continue to be discussed here on the Life Conquering Blog since those are the subjects I know and live.
